Goes by JC, lives in Vancouver but was born in Peru. Pet parent of two rescues, a tiny dog named Ezzy who came to Canada with him and a cat, Barry, who has special needs and had to stay back.

Discovered Service Design 6 years ago and has been an enthusiastic student and practitioner of it since then. Also have 8 years of marketing experience and a Bachelor in Social Communications with a Masters in Business Administration.
